We are currently working through our recipe development and defining the favorites that we want to release to the public. We plan on having Classics that are always available as well as limited releases that will be available throughout the year either in mixed release boxes or standalone at the meadery.

• Alfalfa Blossom- Traditional show mead made with alfalfa blossom honey from Pennsylvania. Semi-sweet, medium body and very earthy. A personal favorite. 12% ABV

• Apricot - Melomel mead made with wildflower blossom honey from Ohio, dried apricots and raisins. Medium body, light and fruity apricot with a dry raisin finish. 14% ABV

• Blueberry Blossom- Traditional show mead made with blueberry blossom honey. Medium body and sweet to dry finish. 15% ABV

• Butternut Squash- Standard vegetable mead made with wildflower blossom honey and roasted butternut squash. Light body and dry finish. 12% ABV

• Berry Blast- Melomel mead made with Alfalfa blossom and clover blossom honey, blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Strong blueberry flavor with a dry slightly bitter blackberry finish. 8.4 %ABV

• Better Beet It- Standard vegetable mead made with blueberry blossom honey, roasted beets and mixed berries. Slightly acidic and earthy flavor. Pairs well with spicy flavors. 12% ABV

• Bitter End Citrus- A carbonated melomel mead made with orange blossom honey, peels from oranges, lemons, limes, and grapefruit. Good citrus flavor, dry and light body. Some sediment is natural. 10% ABV

• Cinnamon- Standard metheglin mead made with wildflower blossom honey, and cinnamon stick infusion. Light, dry and smooth with a woody cinnamon flavor. 12% ABV

• Clover Blossom- Traditional show mead made with clover blossom honey from Pennsylvania. Grassy on the nose with a smooth and sweet finish. All around favorite. 9% ABV

• Cranberry- Melomel made with wildflower blossom honey, dried cranberries and cranberry juice. Light body and well balanced that starts tart and ends sweet. 12% ABV

• Current- Traditional show mead made from red and champagne currents. Dry, light body, fruity and a bitter finish. 15%ABV

• Fig & Plum- Melomel made with with wildflower blossom honey, dried figs, and fresh plums. Medium body, semi-sweet and earthy finish. 13% ABV

• Ginger- Standard metheglin mead made with wildflower honey and fresh ginger. Slightly carbonated, light body and spicy. 8% ABV (out)

• Hunters Glory- Traditional show mead made with buckwheat blossom honey from Pennsylvania. Raw and unfiltered this mead is thicker with a distinct flavor. Maple bourbon with peat notes. The "Mans Mead". 13% ABV

• Lavender- Standard metheglin mead made with raw clover honey and Lavender flowers. Well balanced, light body, dry and floral. 17% ABV

• Peach- Melomel made with wildflower blossom honey and peaches from Grandma Mari's orchard. Light and crisp with a lingering peach flavor. 13% ABV

• Orange Blossom- Traditional show mead made from orange blossom honey from Pennsylvania. Medium body and well balanced. Semi-sweet. 14%ABV

• Pineapple Coconut- Melomel mead made with wildflower honey, pineapple, and toasted coconut. Not too sweet coconut to pineapple flavors with a dry biscuit finish. 14% ABV (out)

• Popeye's Vigor- Standard vegetable mead made with clover blossom honey and fresh spinach. Light body and dry finish. 15% ABV

• Rabbits Retaliation- Metheglin sack mead made from clover blossom honey, roasted carrots and roasted ginger root. Light and spicy with a dry finish. 16% ABV

• Raspberry Romance- Melomel mead made with orange blossom honey and pure raspberry syrup. A very sweet dessert mead with a light raspberry finish. 12% ABV

• Rosemary Clover- Spice sack mead made with clover blossom honey and fresh rosemary infusion. Sweet clover with a light earthy rosemary finish. 15% ABV

• Smoked Jalapeno- Spiced vegetable sack mead made with clover blossom honey, fresh jalapenos, and liquid smoke. Sweet and spicy with a dry smoky finish. 15% AVB (out)

• Southern Summer Wildflower- Traditional show mead made with southern wildflower honey. Medium body. Light, slightly tart and hints of crisp apple. 6 % ABV

• The Unknown- A Metheglin mead made with wildflower blossom honey and a mixture of fruit, then aged for 8 months in an oak whiskey barrel. This mead is dry, smoky and bold with a strong whiskey flavor. 15%ABV

• Vanilla Cream- Metheglin mead made with wildflower blossom honey and whole vanilla bean infusion. Smooth, sweet and has a soft mouth feel. 12%ABV

• Whiskey Barrel Aged- Traditional show mead made with wildflower honey aged in an whiskey oak barrel for 6months. Sweet and rich with a strong whiskey aroma and butterscotch flavors. 14%ABV

• Wildflower Blossom- Traditional show mead made with wildflower honey from Pennsylvania. Very floral on the nose and semi-sweet finish. 14% ABV
